Discord Tickets
by Bot-Hosting Node.js Tickets & Support Official The most popular open-source ticket bot, with a web settings panel on its own HTTPS address, transcripts, forms and staff tools.
A complete ticket system for Discord: ticket categories, a button panel to open tickets, questions forms, staff claiming, transcripts, feedback, tags, and a web settings panel to configure everything with your mouse. Your panel gets its own HTTPS address automatically.
1. Create the bot on Discord
- Open the Discord Developer Portal and click New Application.
- Go to Bot, click Reset Token and copy it (
DISCORD_TOKEN). - Still on Bot, turn on the three privileged intents: Presence, Server Members and Message Content.
- Go to OAuth2, click Reset Secret and copy the Client Secret (
DISCORD_SECRET). It is used to log in to the web panel.
2. Deploy
Fill the variables and click Deploy. The database (SQLite), the encryption key and your panel address are set up for you.
3. Allow panel logins (once)
Open your deployment's Domains tab and copy its address, for example https://abc123.apps.bot-hosting.cloud. In the Developer Portal, go to OAuth2 > Redirects and add:
https://YOUR-ADDRESS/auth/callback
4. Invite the bot and configure
Open your panel address, log in with Discord and click Invite next to your server. Then create a ticket category from the panel and send the ticket panel in a channel with /panel.
Good to know
- In the Developer Portal, turn off Public Bot on the Bot page unless you want strangers to add your bot.
SUPERlists the Discord user IDs that can manage every server from the panel: put your own ID.- Transcripts and settings live in
user/: keep backups before big changes. - For large servers, switch to MySQL or PostgreSQL: create a database deployment, set
DB_PROVIDERtomysqlorpostgresqland paste its URL inDB_CONNECTION_URL. - Give it at least 512 MB of RAM (database engine + web panel).

A free alternative to the premium and white-label plans of other ticket management bots.
