Billing and Payments

Everything about plans, invoices and payment problems lives in two pages: Billing for card payments, and Credits for the credit balance. Looking for AI Tokens

Everything about plans, invoices and payment problems lives in two pages: Billing for card payments, and Credits for the credit balance.

Looking for AI Tokens? They are a separate wallet with their own page: AI Tokens Payment.

Two ways to pay for a plan

  • Billing with Stripe subscription, renewed automatically. Managed from the Stripe portal, opened from the Billing page.
  • Credits paid from your credit balance. Managed from the credits page.

A plan is funded by one of the two. If your plan is credit funded, the Billing page sends you to the Credits page to change it, and the other way around.

Plans and pricing

A plan gives your account a pool: RAM, CPU, storage and a number of slots, shared across your deployments. Monthly and yearly billing are both available, and the currency follows your country, in EUR, USD or GBP. VAT is added where it applies.

Credits

A credit is worth 1 EUR and never expires.

  • Top up from the Credits page, by card, or by crypto when that option is shown.
  • Credits pay for plans and resources, and also arrive from [affiliate bonuses](affiliate-program.md) and gift codes.
  • The page shows your balance and the full history of every movement.

Changing plan

Upgrading applies immediately. You pay the difference for the time remaining, and your renewal date does not move.

Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then. Make sure your deployments fit the smaller pool before that date, otherwise they will not all fit afterwards.

Switching from yearly to monthly is also applied at your renewal date, for the same reason: the year you already paid for runs to its end first.

The Free plan and its renewal

The Free plan is renewed by hand every 4 days. This is what keeps abandoned bots from running forever.

  • The renew button unlocks when the due date is within 3 days, and one click restarts the cycle.
  • The panel notifies you before the deadline.
  • An account with no live deployment is not asked to renew anything.
  • Launching a deployment counts as activity and restarts the clock.

If the renewal lapses, the account enters a grace period of 3 days. Renewing during that window brings everything straight back.

When a payment fails

A failed card payment does not delete anything immediately. The account moves to a grace period of 7 days on a paid plan.

During grace:

  • your deployments keep running
  • the Billing page shows the grace status and a button to the Stripe portal
  • fixing the payment in the portal ends the grace automatically, within the hour at worst

At the end of grace, if the payment is still not settled, each deployment is backed up and then removed, and the subscription is cancelled. The final backup is kept for the retention window of your plan, so recovering quickly is still possible, but it is a short window. Do not wait for the deadline.

Cancelling

Cancel from the Stripe portal for a card plan, or from the Credits page for a credit funded plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. After that the account falls back to Free, and deployments that no longer fit the Free pool are suspended rather than deleted, so upgrading again brings them back.

Invoices and receipts

The Billing page lists every invoice on your account, with the amount and the date. The Stripe portal holds the downloadable PDFs and lets you update the card and the billing details.

Common requests

I want a refund. Open a ticket with the invoice number and what happened. Refunds are handled case by case.

I was charged twice. Send both receipts in a ticket. Duplicate charges are refunded.

I was charged after cancelling. Send the invoice number and the cancellation date. If the cancellation did not reach the payment provider, it is refunded.

My card was refused. Open the Stripe portal from the Billing page and update the card, then retry the invoice. Cards are frequently refused for the 3D Secure confirmation rather than for a lack of funds, so check the notifications of your banking app.

I paid but my plan has not changed. Refresh the Billing page. Confirmations are usually instant, and a crypto payment needs a few minutes to be confirmed. If nothing has changed after that, open a ticket with the payment reference.

Can I change the currency? The currency follows the country of your account and is set when the subscription is created. Ask in a ticket if you need it changed.

Can I pay a plan with AI Tokens, or buy AI Tokens with credits? No. The two balances are separate and do not convert into one another.

What to put in a billing ticket

  • the invoice number or the payment reference
  • the date and the amount
  • the email address on the account
  • what you expected to happen

Never send your full card number or any code your bank sent you. Support never asks for them.
