Account Recovery

The new panel has no password. You sign in with Discord or GitHub, and that is what identifies your account. Recovering access is therefore about getting back to one of those two doors.

How your account is identified

• Signing in with a provider you already used opens the same account.
• If the provider is new to us but its email address matches an existing account, the two are merged automatically and you land on your existing account, with the new provider now linked to it.
• If nothing matches, a new account is created.

That email match is why signing in with GitHub can drop you straight into the account you created with Discord, as long as both carry the same address.

Link both providers now

The single best thing you can do is link the second provider before you need it. Go to Settings and link whichever of Discord or GitHub is missing.

• With both linked, losing access to one still leaves you a way in.
• You cannot unlink the last remaining provider: the panel refuses, because it would lock you out.
• A provider that is already linked to another account cannot be linked to a second one. Sign in to the other account and unlink it there first.

Common sign in problems

"No email" error. The provider returned no usable email address, so no account can be created. Verify your email address in your Discord or GitHub settings, or on GitHub make sure the primary address is readable, then try again.

I landed on an empty account. You most likely signed in with a provider carrying a different email address. Sign out, then sign back in with the provider you originally used. Nothing was lost.

This Discord account is already linked elsewhere. That Discord account belongs to another account on the panel. Sign in to it and unlink Discord there, or use the other provider.

Coming from the old panel

The old panel and the new one are two separate systems.

Your purchased coins can be transferred once. Start the transfer from the old panel while signed in, and authorise the new panel when asked. The coins arrive as account credits, and 100 coins equal 1 EUR of credit. The transfer can only be made once per old account, whichever new account claims it, so make sure you are signed in to the right account before you start.

Your old servers do not move. Deployments, files and backups stay on the old panel. Recreate the deployment here and upload your files, or point it at your repository.

If you cannot sign in at all

Open a ticket and include whatever proves the account is yours:

• the email address on the account
• your Discord user ID or GitHub username
• a payment reference or invoice number if you have ever paid
• roughly when you created the account, and the names of your deployments

Do not send passwords or tokens. Support never asks for them.

Deleting an account

Settings has a delete option. It permanently removes the account and everything attached to it, and it cannot be undone.
