If your account uses the free plan, renew each server every few days. This keeps it active and running.

Free servers include four active days and a three-day grace period. After this period, we delete the server and create a backup. The backup remains available for one day after deletion.

Renew Free Subscription

  1. Go to the Billing page.

  2. Click the green Renew free plan button.

  3. Wait for the bot check to finish. Then click the green Renew for 4 days button.

  1. Your free subscription is renewed.
