A console connection error usually means your browser cannot load the console correctly. It is most often caused by something on your device or network.

Common causes include:

  • A VPN, proxy, firewall, or network filter.
  • A browser extension that blocks scripts or WebSocket connections.
  • Your local network, DNS settings, or browser cache.

Troubleshoot the connection

  1. Disable your VPN, proxy, and browser extensions temporarily.
  2. Try an incognito window or a different browser.
  3. Try another network, such as a mobile hotspot.

If the console works elsewhere, the issue is local to your device or network.

We cannot troubleshoot client-side connection issues. We do not have access to your browser, network, firewall, or VPN configuration. These issues are outside our service and require local investigation.
